Getting started in the event industry almost ten years ago as an event dancer, Jaymie’s responsibilities with Xplosive Entertainment quickly blossomed.  It was obvious Jaymie was a gem and the Xplosive management team brought her into the office almost immediately to work as an event coordinator and sales rep.   Now, after years of event experience, Jaymie wanted to challenge herself and push further.  Female DJs and female MCs are both rare and a commodity. With dedication and a perseverance, Jaymie Perez has become nationally recognized as a double threat since she can do both, DJ & MC (hailing from the extremely demanding NJ/NY market).  Her vivacious personality and larger-than-life can-do attitude have gained attention from clients in 15 states and two countries. She has garnished her résumé with her skills as a bilingual performing talent.  (Both Spanish and English were taught at home simultaneously while growing up).  Also to note, where most Djs and MCs specialize in one type of event, this jolt of energy can rock mitzvahs, sweet 16s, weddings, quinceaneras and corporate events.

Jaymie is well versed in the private event industry as an event planner/coordinator in addition to a performing talent, which takes her repertoire to another level. Her ability to command a room and make every guest smile are what make her the perfect choice for your next event.  She has trained with the esteemed celebrity wedding guru, David Tutera, as well as worked along side him for one of his events. She has participated as a panelist and performer at dozens of entertainment and event conferences to continue her efforts in learning and growing in all aspects of this industry.
