Xplosive Entertainment, a DJ based entertainment and production firm based in Monmouth County has announced its expansion into the South Jersey area.   Founder, Jordan Marshall says, since 2006, Xplosive has been performing at events including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events and sweet 16s in Central and Northern NJ.  He explained that it’s always been his goal to expand the operation into South Jersey, specifically targeting the Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel and Voorhees areas.  Before expanding, though, he knew he needed to build a solid team of trained, versatile and experienced DJs, MCs, and Dancers. Today, Xplosive has weekends with a crew of over thirty employees representing the XE team. Over the course of the year, Xplosive performs at approximately 300 events.  Jordan explains that it took this long to perfect his company’s product (including in-office client care, and out of office, event production and performance).  Jordan is proud that Xplosive has become a household name in his local market.  “It’s great that everyone knows us” he says, but now “it’s time to become known elsewhere.”

Xplosive Entertainment is mostly known for bar and bat mitzvah entertainment.  Over the last few years especially, Xplosive has expanded its operations to include “extra entertainment” or “event enhancements” including a wide array of photo booth options, lounge furniture, live musicians, novelty games, and lighting/media services. Some of Xplosive’s most impressive novelties include a 30-player giant LED foosball table, custom built LED ping pong tables, round pool table, and automated LED Power Pong tables.  These games accompany an inventory of casino tables, pop-a-shot and basketball games, video game stations, and other sports themed activities.

Owners of Xplosive are proud to be recognized as an industry leader.  “We are honored to be given the opportunity to sit on panels and speak at industry expos and conferences.  Years ago, we attended trade shows and sat in the audience learning from entertainment greats.  Now, we are amongst our peers and consider these leaders friends of ours,” says Jordan.

Michael Langsner, the Vice President of Xplosive Entertainment, noted his excitement to be actively seeking expansion in South Jersey.  He is a graduate of Glassboro’s Rowan University and is married to his wife Amy who grew up (and still has family) in Burlington and Camden Counties.  Xplosive has already performed at notable venues including Cinaminson’s Merion, Temple Beth El, Vera Lounge (formerly Top Dog), Camden Aquarium, to note a few. The common reaction from guests at these venues, says Michael, is “Where are you guys from?  This was the best party we ever attended.  There is no other entertainment around here like you.”
